I wrote this for my brother Phil and his wife, Nicole. It's almost 20 years old! It used to be called Trampoline, and the chorus was a bit different, but I think broken dam works better. PJ is playing a flute-like instrument he made out of PVC pipes. It adds a nice haunting sound.
